•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. However, we understand that plans can change—your deposit may be transferred to a new wedding date within 90 days of your original booking at no additional cost.

•Our travel fee includes service within a 15-mile radius of the closest office location (e.g., Irvine, Los Angeles, or San Diego). For locations beyond this radius, an additional fee of $8 per mile will apply to cover extended travel time and transportation costs.

Please note: The listed service price does not include additional government and administrative fees, which may vary depending on your specific needs and location. These additional costs include, but are not limited to:

•Filing Fee: A mandatory $85 government filing fee is required to process your marriage license or other official documentation with the appropriate County Clerk or state agency.

•Certified Copy Fees: If you request official, certified copies of your document (e.g., a marriage certificate), there is an additional charge of $17 per certified copy.
