What We Provide:

Our comprehensive marriage packages include the same-day issuance of your California marriage license, the performance of a legally binding and personalized wedding ceremony conducted by a qualified, licensed officiant or minister, and the immediate and secure filing of your marriage license with the appropriate County Registrar.

At the conclusion of your appointment, you will be provided with a “Customer Copy of the License and Certificate of Marriage” — which serves as your proof of marriage until your official certified copy is available from the County Clerk’s Office.

Ceremony Options:

We understand that every couple has a unique vision for their special day, so we offer two ceremony styles to suit your preferences and guest list:

• Semi-Formal Ceremony

Designed for couples who wish to include a few more loved ones, this package includes up to 10 guests. For those who need more room, we offer the flexibility to increase your guest list to 15 for a modest additional fee, ensuring your celebration remains private yet inclusive.

Important Fee Information:

Please be aware that our service fees are separate from government-imposed charges, which include:

•The $85 state filing fee for the marriage license

•$17 per certified copy of the official marriage certificate (ordered through the County Clerk’s Office)

•Any applicable sales tax or surcharges based on time, date, or location of your appointment

We are transparent about all costs and will provide a full breakdown during booking so you know exactly what to expect.

Flexible Rescheduling Policy:

While all deposits are non-refundable, we understand that life can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer a 90-day rescheduling window. If your plans change, your deposit can be fully applied to a new date within that timeframe — giving you peace of mind and flexibility.
