Our service includes not only the officiation but also the official signing and subsequent filing of your marriage license with the county clerk’s office.

We provide the flexibility to choose your ideal setting, whether it’s a picturesque beach, the comfort of your own home, a specially chosen venue, or even a hospital. Our ministers are ready to travel to any location to help you celebrate your special day.

Please note, deposits are non-refundable. However, should your plans change, they can be transferred to another wedding date within 90 days of your original booking, ensuring your peace of mind during the planning process.

Important Notes Regarding Fees and Travel

Please note the following additional details to ensure transparency and proper planning:

•Sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your final invoice based on your service location and local tax regulations.

•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. However, we understand that plans can change—your deposit may be transferred to a new wedding date within 90 days of your original booking at no additional cost.

•Our travel fee includes service within a 10-mile radius of the closest office location (e.g., Irvine, Los Angeles, or San Diego). For locations beyond this radius, an additional fee of $8 per mile will apply to cover extended travel time and transportation costs.

Please note: The listed service price does not include additional government and administrative fees, which may vary depending on your specific needs and location. These additional costs include, but are not limited to:

•Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the jurisdiction where the service is rendered and added to your final invoice, if required by state or local law.

•Surcharges for Time and Location: Services requested outside of standard business hours (e.g., evenings, weekends, or holidays) or in specific travel zones may incur additional time-based or travel/location surcharges.
