Same Day Marriage License

We offer same day, legal marriage. You have the ability to make an appointment on the same day as your desired marriage date to become married. We issue the marriage license, perform the ceremony, and record the documentation and license with the County. At the end of your appointment, you will receive the customer copy of the Certificate and License of Marriage which will act as a legal proof of marriage until your certified copies arrive in the mail from the County.

We issue Marriage Licenses, and on the same day as your appointment, you will receive a Proof of Marriage Certificate.

We provide the complete service of legalizing your marriage in California all within an hour.

We:

  1. Issue you the License and Certificate of Marriage
  2. Notarize the License and Certificate of Marriage
  3. Sign off as the Ordained Minister
  4. File all documents and the marriage license with the County, and give you a Proof of Marriage copy
  5. Order your official License and Certificate of Marriage which will be mailed to your address from the County

We offer casual and semi-formal, same-day Marriage Licenses and Ceremonies in our offices. On the day of your appointment, we will sign and complete various documents for about 45 minutes, and then we will perform a casual or semi-formal ceremony to legalize the marriage. You may invite guests to witness your marriage, but witnesses are not required.

The marriage licenses we issue are confidential marriage licenses. A confidential marriage license in California is a legally binding marriage license that is not part of the public record. Only the couple or someone with a court order can access the license, but it has the same effect and value as a public marriage license.

Confidential marriage licenses have several benefits, including:

  • Protecting sensitive information like full names and birthplaces
  • Keeping information hidden from spammers, identity thieves, and telemarketers
  • Being used as a foundation for green card applications
  • A method to receive your Marriage License on the same-day as your appointment
  • A way to avoid going through the County or Courthouse

To obtain a confidential marriage license, the couple must be living together before the marriage.

As licensed Notary Publics with additional certifications, we have the ability to issue confidential marriage licenses.
