SERVICE PROVIDERS COVERED:
- Get Married Today (brand and administrative platform).

- Affiliates, partners, contractors, and independent service providers (including officiants, notaries, photographers, and assistants).
GENERAL RELEASE:
- Client(s) and attendees release and hold harmless the covered providers from liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action
related to participation in any service or appointment, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, loss,
theft, delays, cancellations, weather, travel, access restrictions, or third-party acts.
INDEPENDENT OWNERSHIP / CONTRACTOR STATUS:
- Chapels, locations, and on-site operators may be independently owned and operated.
- Contractors and independent providers are responsible for their own acts/omissions within the scope of their services.

- The client is responsible for obtaining any required permissions, venue approvals, and compliance with private property rules.
- Clients acknowledge that hospitals/care facilities may impose restrictions and may deny access or require special permissions.
CONDUCT, SAFETY, AND COMPLIANCE:
- Services may be refused, paused, or rescheduled if safety, legality, or consent requirements cannot be met.
- Where applicable to licensing/solemnization: both parties must present valid government-issued ID and must be coherent enough to consent.
NO GUARANTEE OF THIRD-PARTY OUTCOMES:
