Our flexible service allows us to meet you at any place of your choosing, whether it’s a picturesque beach, the comfort of your home, a special rented venue, or even a hospital.

Please note that the fees for the marriage license and any certified copies are additional to our service charge. While deposits are non-refundable, they can be applied towards a new wedding date if rescheduled within 90 days of the original booking, ensuring flexibility should your plans change

Important Notes Regarding Fees and Travel

Please note the following additional details to ensure transparency and proper planning:

•The $85 government filing fee for the marriage license and $17 per certified copy are not included in the package price. These are state-mandated fees that must be paid separately.

•Sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your final invoice based on your service location and local tax regulations.

•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. However, we understand that plans can change—your deposit may be transferred to a new wedding date within 90 days of your original booking at no additional cost.

•Our travel fee includes service within a 10-mile radius of the closest office location (e.g., Irvine, Los Angeles, or San Diego). For locations beyond this radius, an additional fee of $8 per mile will apply to cover extended travel time and transportation costs.

Please note: The listed service price does not include additional government and administrative fees, which may vary depending on your specific needs and location. These additional costs include, but are not limited to:

•Filing Fee: A mandatory $85 government filing fee is required to process your marriage license or other official documentation with the appropriate County Clerk or state agency.

•Certified Copy Fees: If you request official, certified copies of your document (e.g., a marriage certificate), there is an additional charge of $17 per certified copy.

•Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the jurisdiction where the service is rendered and added to your final invoice, if required by state or local law.

•Surcharges for Time and Location: Services requested outside of standard business hours (e.g., evenings, weekends, or holidays) or in specific travel zones may incur additional time-based or travel/location surcharges.
